Overview
Tapping Screws, identified by AN531-4R8, are flat countersunk head screws that are constructed from carbon steel. These screws feature a nominal thread diameter of 0.112 inches and a unique dog type thread style, either type B or C. The head diameter ranges from a minimum of 0.216 inches to a maximum of 0.225 inches. Designed for ease of use, they include a cross recess type 1 drive style. Additionally, the countersink angle is between 80.0 degrees and 82.0 degrees, making them suitable for a variety of applications that require a flush finish.
