These terms of use ("Site Terms") apply to your access to and use of our Site, so please read them carefully. They do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written or online agreement you may have with us. We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Site Terms or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in our sole discretion. If the Site Terms are changed, we will post the new terms on the Site and change the posting date accordingly. Privacy Policy.

Boeing believes strongly in protecting individual user privacy and providing you notice of Boeing's collection and use data, including personally identifying information, collected from the Site. Therefore, Boeing has adopted a Privacy Policy that you should review in order to fully understand how Boeing collects and uses information.

Terms of Sale.

Transactions with Boeing Sites offering products or services for purchase may be subject to Terms of Sale required as a condition to completion of the transaction. These Terms of Sale may be posted on the Boeing Site or set forth in a separate agreement with you. Your transactions will be governed by such Terms of Sale, therefore you should review them carefully.

Boeing grants you a limited license to make personal use only of the Site. As a provider of interactive services, if any, Boeing is only a forum and is not liable for any statements, representations, or Content provided by its users.


Enforcement.

Boeing has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and Content associated with its forums and interactive areas. Boeing may investigate any reported violation of its policies or complaints and take any appropriate action that it deems appropriate. Such action may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspension or termination of service, and/or removal of posted Content. Boeing reserves the right and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen or edit any Content that violates these provisions or is otherwise objectionable. In order to cooperate with legitimate governmental requests, subpoenas or court orders, to protect Boeing's systems and customers, or to ensure the integrity and operation of Boeing's business and systems, Boeing may access and disclose any information it considers necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, user profile information (i.e. name, e-mail address, etc.), IP addressing and traffic information, usage history, and posted Content. Responsibility for Your Conduct.

Applicable Law and Venue

Information accessed by you through electronic information systems operated by or on behalf of Boeing is proprietary information and shall be protected accordingly.
