Overview
Aeriol® ThixO SYN Aviation Grease, identified by part number THIX0SYNAVIA, is engineered for demanding aviation applications including helicopter rotor shafts, splines, and hub assemblies for most Bell models. It meets MIL-PRF-81322 and Bell Consumable Material Ref C-172 specifications. This high-performance grease combines PAO synthetic base oil with advanced EP/AW chemistry and overbased calcium sulphonate for superior thermal stability and extreme pressure protection. It offers excellent rust and corrosion resistance, water washout protection, and compatibility with Mobil 28. Operating range spans -40°C to >300°C, making it ideal for critical aviation components.
