SP-116-13 is a proprietary blend of cleaning solvent and surfactant in a water-based solution. SP-116-13 is specially blended to prevent optical distortion on the windshield, so that vision is not impaired during flight. Part number SP-116-13=31 can also be used for manual cleaning of aircraft external glass surfaces. It is designed to remove atmospheric soils, light oils and other common soils.
