Overview
Boeing provides Miller-Stephenson MS122XD140Z, Release Agent/Dry Lubricants which use the magic of DuPont's Teflon® chemistry to create suspensions of low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymers. The white, waxy particles of PTFE with the slickness of Teflon® deliver an easy to apply form. The outstanding lubricity and low coefficient of friction of PTFE is perfect for use as a dry film lubricant and as a release agent in molding operations. MS-122XD is an excellent release agent with added advantage of superior release action in the initial cycles. It works well for all applications. As a dry lubricant, it is a very good general purpose lubricant, which produces a uniform coating.
