8130-3 Eligible
The K658P13 high-pressure compressor blades are designed to reduce fouling rates and enhance uptime in gas turbines. Their narrow design increases pressure ratios, while a high-strength super alloy construction and polished finish help maintain performance and extend water-wash intervals, minimizing engine shutdowns and fouling on compressor components.

Overview
GE Engines - TRIO II stage 8 narrow high-pressure compressor blades K658P13 are designed significantly to lower fouling rates and increase up time, preserving compressor performance over time. Compressor blade fouling is a significant process that causes gas turbine performance to decline over time. However, these high-resistance mirror finish polish of high-pressure stage 8 compressor blades K658P13 allow operators to prolong their offline water-wash intervals and shorten engine shutdowns. This considerably reduces the amount of fouling on vital gas turbine compressor components. These narrow blades are used to increase the pressure ratio thus resulting in increased efficiency. K658P13 is fabricated from high strength super alloys with super polished protection coating that can withstand engine operating temperature and pressure.
