Overview
Huntsman Araldite® 1570 FST consists of Part A (black paste with slight odor) and Part B (black liquid hardener with amine-like odor), mixed at 100:100 volume or 100:87.8 weight ratio. It cures fully in 48 hours at 23°C, forming a resilient bond with shear strength between 14 and 20 MPa. This adhesive is ideal for bonding PE foam to phenolic GRP in cargo areas and other aerospace interior applications where flame retardancy is critical.
