WR 981400 Series polyurethane dispersion is Mono Yellow Oxide in color and offers a smooth or texture-coating system on structural foam, injection molded plastic or treated steel. The liquid polyurethane dispersion has a vapor pressure of 2.3 kilopascals at 20 degrees C and 1.69 pounds per gallon VOC contents that evaporate without leaving any residues or stains. It has a flash point greater than 93.3 degrees C, specific gravity of 1.16 and a boiling point of 100 to 231 degrees C. This low odored dispersion has a kinematic viscosity greater than 0.07 square centimeters per second at 40 degrees C. It has a storage temperature range of 40 to 100 degrees F. The water-based dispersion offers coverage of 548 to 643 square feet per gallon per dry mil and 14.7 to 15.8 square meter per liter per 25 micron.
