ROYCO 889 is a synthetic-based lubricant formulated for use in gas compression applications that require wide operating temperature range and minimum interaction between the lubricant and the process gas. This lubricant resist oxidation and thermal breakdown, extending the life of the compressor. ROYCO 889 lubricant protects the compressor by reducing friction and wear thus offers extended engine life. With its advanced synthetic blend, it maintains viscosity stability across the temperature range, ensuring consistent protection.
FEATURES
• Resist wash off by hydrocarbon gases and liquids
• Resist absorption into the gas phase and carry-over of the lubricant downstream
• Minimizes dilution effects due to insolubility of lubricants with hydrocarbons
BENEFITS
• Protects against corrosion
• Higher film-strength than traditional lubricants
• Fully compatible with most compressor component materials, including: seals, gaskets, hoses, etc.
