Overview

Bonderite® M-CR 600RTU Aero, part number 594094, also known as Alodine 600 RTU, is a 1-part liquid metal pretreatment chemical formulated to produce a chromate conversion coating on aluminum surfaces. This orange-colored solution is designed for direct application via immersion, spray, or brush, and requires no dilution. It provides superior corrosion resistance and enhances paint adhesion, making it ideal for aerospace and defense applications. The product meets MIL-DTL-81706B Class 1A and Class 3, Form III, Application A, B, and C standards, and is listed on QPL-81706.
