Overview
The Didsbury 54-1265 Nose Landing Gear Leg & Drag Strut Removal & Installation Hoist is engineered for accurate lifting, stable handling, and precise positioning of A380 NLG components. Designed to accommodate both NLG leg and NLG drag strut servicing, it delivers dependable manual operation in demanding maintenance environments. For NLG leg applications, the hoist is used in double fall configuration, increasing load capacity to 1828 kg with a 2.7 m lift height. Its single-layer cable system, two-speed manual mechanism, dual braking design, and dead-man safety brake ensure smooth, safe, and fail-safe load control during heavy-duty landing gear procedures.
