Overview

This chemically-cured epoxy primer is formulated to create a durable barrier against a wide range of corrosive and chemical media commonly found in aviation environments. When mixed with its specified CA-116 curing solution, it forms an extremely hard-wearing, low-gloss green finish that is essential for maintaining the integrity and longevity of aircraft components. This 2-gallon kit includes the base component 463-12-8 and a CA-116 curing solution. The mixing ratio is 1 part Base 463-12-8 to 1 part Curing Solution CA-116, with the option to add 0 to 0.25 parts Thinner (TR-19, TR-49, or C25/90S) as needed.
