Henkel Loctite® Prism® 454 Series moisture cure universal instant adhesive is clear in color and has a vapor pressure less than 0.2 millimeters Hg and a viscosity of 18,000 to 40,000 centipoises at 20 rpm, 100,000 to 300,000 centipoises at 2.5 rpm. The irritating odored gel adhesive comes in a 200-gram tube. It has a boiling temperature rating greater than 149 degrees C and a vapor density of 3. The adhesive has a specific gravity of 1.05, VOC content greater than 2%, 20 grams per liter and a flash point of 80 to 93 degrees C. It withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 250 degrees F. The adhesive has a curing time of 24 hours and a setting time of 15 minutes. This adhesive has a high tensile strength of 1500 to 2300 psi and shear strength of 3200 psi.
