Overview
The mix ratio for this epoxy coating is 2 parts of the 4125 base to 1 part of the 0613/9000 activator, and thinner is added to achieve the desired viscosity. The base component may require mechanical agitation to ensure all components are adequately dispersed. It is important to add the activator to the base component and stir well, adjusting to the recommended viscosity by adding thinner while stirring. All products and components should be placed in ambient conditions of 15-30°C (59-86°F) for at least 24 hours prior to mixing and application. This coating is applicable with all types of fasteners and offers excellent adhesion properties, ensuring reliable performance in aviation applications.
