Overview
Honeywell Grimes Spare Parts Bulletin D20130400001 advises that Forward Position Light top assemblies 30-3083-1 and -2 used on the Boeing 767 winglets will upgrade the LED lighting modules. Part number 31-9911-5 will be replaced by 31-9911-7 (Red LED Red Module) and part number 31-9911-6 will be replaced with 31-9911-8 Green LED Module. Due to the large number of back orders, these LED assemblies will be manually allocated to ensure AOG inventories are available. We expect that the back order process will run well into 2014. These modules have an expected life of 20, 000 hours each.
