Scotch® thread sealant and lubricant 48 is a white unfused plastic film made of PTFE. This fluorocarbon resin film tape designed to provide a leak resistance seal when used as a pipe thread sealant. 1/2 x 260 inches in box. Scotch® thread sealant and lubricant 48 is an aggressive rubber resin adhesive with a resin and varnish absorptive acetate cloth backing.
