3M™ 051128-48474 Scotch-Weld™ Void Filling Compound EC-3515 B/A FR is engineered for aerospace applications requiring fire resistance and structural integrity. This two-part epoxy cures at 75°F (24°C) within 48 hours to form a strong, low-density material with thixotropic properties for easy application on vertical or overhead surfaces. Designed to meet the flammability requirements of 14 CFR/CS 25.853(a), EC-3515 B/A FR is ideal for void filling, edge sealing, and abradable compound applications. Its base component is available in blue or black, while the accelerator is white, allowing easy visual confirmation of uniform mixing. The compound provides localized stiffness for honeycomb structures and seals edges to enhance impact resistance.
