The RRP2EX 2-person aviation intercom offers simple and affordable communication between pilot, co-pilot or passengers. With the ability to listen to music, adjust volume and squelch, you can dial in your audio experience for the most enjoyable flight ever. Operates on (2) 9 volts batteries (not included). Should you ever be lacking a battery, the RRP2EX also operates off the included cigarette power adapter, so you'll never be without power for transmission. The record in/out port allows you to connect a digital recorder so you can record your audio a great tool for instructors and students. The 'Pilot Isolate' feature allows the pilot to isolate all conversation to just the pilot and ATC for clear and uninterrupted conversation. The design of the RRP2EX offers pilot-only 'transmission protection', meaning if there's ever an in flight power loss, the RRP2EX will still transmit - even without power. Also included is Rugged's CS-MUSIC stereo music cord to connect an iPod, iPhone or other standard MP3 player with a 3.5 millimeters jack for audio enjoyment.
