PPG Aerospace® PR-1422 B-2 Fuel Tank Sealant is a two-component, dichromate-cured polysulfide sealant designed for integral fuel tank and aircraft fuselage sealing. It operates within a service temperature range of -65ºF (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). The thixotropic paste resists sagging and cures at room temperature, maintaining elastomeric properties for a durable, vibration-resistant seal even after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gas.
