Magnobond 6380 A/B is a toughened epoxy adhesive/shim system having good properties over a wide range of temperatures.

 

Features:
  • Excellent bonding without use of metallic fillers
  • Contains glass spacers to provide a bond line thickness of 5 to 7 thousandths

  • Pot Life: 90 minutes at 77°F
  • Cure Temperature: 77°F
  • Cure Time: Set – 6 hours at 77°F; Full Cure – 3 days or 1-2 hours at 140-170°F
  • Mix Ratio (Weight): 100/27
  • Tensile Strength at Cure: 4000 psi at 77°F
  • Shear Strength: 4,500 psi at 77°F
  • Shelf Life: 6 months from manufacturer's ship date
