LoPresti Aviation manufacturers high intensity discharge (HID) lighting system for a a wide variety of aircraft. Retrofit kits are available for over 300 aircraft models operating under FAA Part 23, Part 25 and Part 27 and are approved under a supplemental Type Certificate (STC) or Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA). LoPresti produces 3 to 15 times more light, depending on aircraft model, while drawing less electrical load. Since there is no filament to break, AOG�s due to inoperative lights are rare.
