Alcor 86251 CHT Bayonet Style Probe, Type J

The Alcor 86251 CHT Bayonet Style Probe, Type J, is designed for monitoring cylinder head temperatures in reciprocating powered aircraft. This probe is backed by a 5-year warranty, features a small element diameter for near-instantaneous instrument response, and provides sufficient electrical power for Alcor unamplified instruments. It is intended for use with Type J CHT instruments and leads. Most engine cylinders require the use of Bayonet adaptor, part number 28202, for a secure fit. The probe is PMA and FAA approved for all reciprocating powered aircraft.
