COATING: LIQUID NYLON,CLR,PT, NYCOTE 7-11

Part # 7-11CLRPT=C4
Mfr. Part # 7-11PT
Nycote® 7-11 Clear, The Ultimate Corrosion Protection, pint size.

Nycote® 7-11CLRPT is high performance clear nylon epoxy crosslinked polymer coating, pint size. Nycote® 7-11 nylon coating is a one component, flexible nylon surface coating designed to provide protection from electrical conduction, corrosion, and friction. A liquid formula, Nycote® 7-11 can be applied by painting, spraying, or dipping and quickly dries to a pinhole-free continuous film. Ideal for components that need protection from water, salt spray, oil, lubricants, aircraft fuels, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Nycote® 7-11CLRPT exhibits excellent adhesion properties on various surfaces, including untreated, chem-filmed, anodized, and zinc chromate primed aluminums. It also adheres well to stainless steel, fiberglass, and most metal surfaces.
Nycote® 7-11 also provides excellent high impact, abrasion resistance, flexibility and toughness at temperatures of -70°F to +400°F (-57°C to +149°C). Nycote® 7-11 has a six-month shelf life and the container can be resealed throughout.
Nycote 7-11 meets the standards for outgassing per ECSS-Q-ST-70-02. Nycote 7-11 meets ISO 22196 International Organization for Standardization Method 22196 – The measurement of antibacterial activity on plastics and other non-porous surfaces.
