Henkel Loctite® Hysol® E-00CL Adhesive 29289, 50 mL dual cartridge

Henkel Loctite® Hysol® E-00CL epoxy adhesive takes 3.5 minutes for application and cures in 24 hours. The epoxy odored resin having greater than 300.2 degrees F boiling point, has a greater than 199.4 degrees F flash point and a 1.15 specific gravity. Mercaptan odored hardener of this adhesive has a 167.9 degrees F flash point and a 0.98 specific gravity. Viscosity is rated at 7000 to 13,000 centipoises for resin and 2200 to 4500 centipoises for hardener. The VOC content for both resin and hardener is lesser than 10 grams per liter. Both the resin and hardener mixes in the ratio 1:1 by volume or 100:100 by weight. It has a 3800 psi tensile strength and a 2160 psi shear strength. The adhesive allows an elongation of 0.13. This product comes in a 50-milliliter dual cartridge.
