Henkel Loctite 567 Thread Sealant 2087067 Off-white, 50 mL tube

Henkel Loctite 567 is an off-white, low strength, thixotropic methacrylate thread sealant. It cures in the absence of air and by contact with metals when confined within threads up to M80/R3”. It not only works on active metals (e.g. brass, copper) but also on passive substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces. The high lubricating properties of this compound prevent galling on stainless steel, aluminum and all other metal pipe threads and fittings. The product offers high temperature performance and oil tolerance. It tolerates minor surface contaminations from various oils, such as cutting, lubrication, anti-corrosion and protection fluids. It is best suited for use on coarse metal threads and its breakaway torque rating is 1.7Nm.
