Once activated, the LNK-AL15 emits a steady white light with an intensity greater than 1 candela. This bright illumination lasts for a minimum of 8 hours, providing a reliable beacon for rescue operations in dark or challenging conditions.

1503046B LNK-AL15 is suitable for installation on aviation life jackets, life rafts, and lifeboats. It should be firmly mounted with its upper hemisphere clearly visible in a 360° horizontal direction. Additionally, the battery pack must be securely positioned to ensure it is submerged when the device hits the water.
