Langa 0339-95 Semiautomatic Control System w/Electronic Inclinometer

Langa HELPS (Hydraulic and Electronic Lifting Programmable System) are specially designed to control and monitor aircraft lifting and lowering operations with a set of hydraulic tripod jacks, reducing time and resources and increasing accuracy and safety.

HELPS III is a semiautomatic jacking system with a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) to handle jacking process, monitor aircraft attitude, jack load and aircraft pitch/roll angle. It allows an easy and safe lifting/lowering process through a group of 4 operators.

Control is made through a double axle electronic inclinometer located on the aircraft fuselage.

FEATURES
• Complete operation handle by four operators
• Lifting/lowering is controlled using an electronic Wi-Fi inclinometer to know aircraft attitude (pitch and roll angles)
• All movements are controlled by a PLC with displays installed on the control desk
• Individual or simultaneous movements are possible
• Valid for pneumatic and electrohydraulic operated jacks
• Valid for jacks already in operation. Only a slightly modification needed
