3M™ Scotch-Weld™ adhesive EC-4419 is a fire retardant, synthetic, rubber-based adhesive designed for bonding gaskets in aircraft interiors and for attachment of de-icing boots. This unique formulation is designed with a thick viscosity in order to ensure easy application by brush or flow gun.
