Huntsman Epocast® 50A1/946 Adhesive Amber, 50 g

Huntsman Epocast® 50A1/946 Series epoxy adhesive has an amber colored liquid 50-A1 resin and a straw colored 946 liquid hardener. It features slight odor resin and amine odor part-B. This adhesive has a boiling point greater than 200 degrees C for 50-A1 resin and 207 degrees C for 946 hardener. The flash point is greater than 100 degrees C for 946 hardener and greater than 95 degrees C for 50-A1 resin. This product has a density of 1.2 grams per cubic centimeter for 50-A1 resin and 1.05 grams per cubic centimeter for 946 hardener. The vapor pressure rating is less than 0.13 kilopascals for 946 hardener and less than 0.13 kilopascals for 50-A1 resin. It has a viscosity of 7770 centistokes for 50-A1 resin and 400 centipoises for 946 hardener. The epoxy compound takes 5 days at 77 degrees F or 2 hours at 170 to 200 degrees F for complete curing. This product comes in a 50-gram container and has a service temperature rating of 60 to 100 degrees F.
