Zip-Chem D-5907NS multi-purpose grease is a synthetic diester lubricant that has been fortified to resist oxidation and thickened with Microgel�. D-5907NS is ideally suited for general aircraft lubrication. It combines a wide useful temperature range of -100�F to +300� F with extremely high moisture resistance. D-5907NS utilizes Aeroshell 7 grease with a new environmentally acceptable non ozone depleting propellant system. The aerosol permits application in hard to reach areas with this advanced multi-purpose grease. In combination with the Formit attachment system, D-5907NS not only saves valuable time and labor, but also reduces the expense of wasting lubricant, with an added plus of always applying a clean uncontaminated grease where needed. In use, the propellants vaporize leaving only the lubricant needed. D-5907NS can be used as a replacement for molybdenum disulfide, in problem areas like the tailing edge flaps. Other applications are: general airframe lubricant, highly loaded gears, actuator screw mechanisms, instrument and all sliding and wiping surfaces with moisture entrapment problems.
