What is adhesion promoter used for?
Adhesion promoters pre-treat surfaces before you coat them with primers, epoxies, and polyurethane paints or before sealants are applied to accelerate the adhesion process. Before an adhesion promoter for coating is applied, the area should be cleaned thoroughly with solvents to remove any dirt, grease, or lubricants that may be present.
