DOWSIL™ PR-1200 RTV  is a clear, Naptha based general purpose primer for use with all silicone elastomers & RTVs. It also promotes adhesion of certain one-part silicone sealants and coating to a variety of construction materials such as plywood, masonry, and metal. It can be used to increase design flexibility, reduce total costs, or increase performance reliability. It does this by enabling adhesion to lower-cost substrates or lower temperature processes which reduce energy budgets, among other possibilities.
