Overview
TECTYL™ 802A corrosion preventive compound TECTYL802A, is a lubricating oil-based formulation designed to protect transportation equipment assemblies. It cures to a light amber, oily film and is approved under Military Specifications MIL-L-3150E (superseded by MIL-PRF-3150D), with QPL reference number L-6581. TECTYL 802A is ready to use without thinning and can be applied by spray, slush, or dip. Recommended application temperature is 50–95°F (10–35°C).
