The Celeste Proportioning Tool is designed to pump an additive, at a consistent, proportioned rate, into a water supply. The pump is powered by water flow, so that it does not require electricity or compressed air to operate, and it adjusts the additive rate as the water flow rate changes. A water supply filter and pressure regulator protect the pump from sediment and maintain a steady pump inlet pressure, respectively.
