Overview

Dowsil 730 FS Solvent Resistant Sealant has good resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone, and temperature extremes, retaining its flexibility over a wide temperature range. It can be applied overhead or on vertical surfaces without fear of sagging, slumping, or running off. It is primarily used for bonding, sealing, and caulking applications where resistance to the swelling effects of fuels, oils, and solvents is needed. Applications include assembling and repairing fuel systems and tanks, forming gaskets for irregular shapes, and sealing seams on liquid storage tanks. It is also suitable for bonding or sealing components exposed to moisture, vibration, shock, and various fuels and solvents for extended periods.
