The Ice Shield® SAAB 340A Horizontal Stabilizer Right Hand Wing De-icer, designated by part number PSMR5141-312, is an essential component designed to enhance the safety and performance of the SAAB 340A and 340B aircraft. This de-icer features a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) installation application, allowing for a straightforward Peel, Stick, Fly process. The Ice Shield PSA™ boots are factory-applied with the adhesive, significantly reducing installation time and eliminating the need for curing. This innovative design ensures that the horizontal stabilizer remains free from ice accumulation, thereby maintaining optimal aerodynamic performance and safety during flight operations.
NOTE Installation kit P/N 2MA1778-02 is NOT included and should be ordered separately in the desired quantity.
