The PS60047-1 can be used on Piper Meridian's, S/N 4697001 thru 4697473 only. The 601-922 GCU is backwards compatible and can be used on Meridian's 4697001 and up. The 601-922 must be used on S/N 4697474 and up, due to a new lightweight generator contactor, part number 686-835.
