PR-1440 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide sealant for integral aircraft fuel tanks. Supplied in a 6 oz Semkit® cartridge with a 2-hour application time, it features a paste consistency suitable for fillet sealing and maintains elastomeric properties after fuel exposure.

Overview
This two-component formulation includes Part A (liquid) and Part B (solid), mixed to a dark gray, low-sag, thixotropic paste. It cures at room temperature to a resilient sealant with excellent adhesion to aircraft substrates. The sealant withstands temperatures from -54°C to 121°C (-65°F to 250°F).
