PPG PR-1440 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide fuel tank sealant with a service temperature range of -65°F to 250°F and intermittent excursions up to 275°F. It has a 30-minute application life (Class B-1/2).

Overview
PR-1440 Class B is designed for fillet sealing fuel tanks and fuselage areas. The low-sag, thixotropic paste cures at room temperature to a resilient seal with excellent adhesion and elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gas. It meets MIL-S-8802 Class B test methods.
