PR-1440 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide sealant for integral aircraft fuel tanks. Supplied in a 6 oz cartridge with a 30-minute application time, it features a paste consistency suitable for fillet sealing and maintains elastomeric properties after fuel exposure.

Overview
This product includes Part A (black liquid) and Part B (beige solid), mixed 10:100 by weight to form a low-sag paste. It cures at room temperature to a resilient black sealant with aggressive adhesion to aircraft substrates, maintaining durability across -54°C to 121°C.
