PR1432GPT is a two-part, corrosion inhibitive polysulfide coating designed to protect aluminum alloys and dissimilar metals in aircraft. It cures to a tack-free elastomeric barrier in under 6 hours and withstands temperatures from -65°F to 250°F, with intermittent excursions to 275°F.

Overview

This gray, dichromate-cured liquid coating is applied by spray or brush. It forms a durable, flexible seal that accommodates thermal expansion without cracking. Not recommended for use without a protective topcoat. Certified to Boeing BMS 5-95 Type IF1 and Northrop Grumman GP111BA-1 specifications.
