Overview
Armites Molybdenum Disulfide Petrolatum is manufactured to conform to the requirements of military specification MIL-PRF-83483E. This compound contains molybdenum disulfide, which at higher-temperature conditions (1000 deg F and above) may induce hot corrosion of fastener or contiguous materials. Accordingly, its use at higher-temperatures should be avoided.
