Overview
This fluid features a lubricity agent that creates a stable thin film layer on metal surfaces during mild operating conditions. Under severe conditions, such as landing or touchdown, the extreme pressure additive supplies the necessary load-carrying capacity to prevent issues like ladder cracking and slip stiction in landing gear pistons. The excellent low-temperature properties of AeroShell LGF make it particularly suitable for cold weather operations. It is compatible with AeroShell Fluids 4, 41, and 71.
