3M™ Novec™ 71DE is an azeotrope containing 3M™ Novec™ 7100 and 1,2 trans-dichloroethylene. It maintains a constant liquid and vapor composition at its boiling point. It can be used in many medium-duty cleaning and degreasing applications.
