AS9280016 is a 1-quart kit of Henkel Loctite® EA 9396 AERO (Hysol® EA 9396), a two-component epoxy adhesive for high-temp assembly and wet lay-up applications. Provides high tensile, peel, and shear strength, bonds multi-material surfaces, meets MMM-A-132 Rev A, Type I, Class II.

Overview
Loctite® EA 9396 AERO consists of a blue paste (Part A) and an orange-red liquid hardener (Part B), mixed in a 100:30 weight ratio. It cures at ambient temperature with a pot life of 75 to 90 minutes and a full cure time of 3 to 5 days at 77°F (25°C). The cured adhesive is low viscosity and offers excellent mechanical properties, including 8000 psi tensile strength and 3500 psi shear strength. Its neutral pH prevents surface finish deterioration.
