AS9280015 is a 1-pint kit of Henkel Loctite® EA 9396 AERO (Hysol® EA 9396), a low-viscosity, two-component epoxy adhesive. Cures at ambient temperature, offers high strength from -67°F to 350°F (-55°C to 177°C). Ideal for metal/composite bonding, meets MMM-A-132, Rev A, Type 1, Class 3.

Overview
Loctite® EA 9396 AERO consists of a blue paste (Part A) and an orange-red liquid hardener (Part B), mixed in a 100:30 weight ratio. The low-viscosity mixture has a pot life of approximately 120 minutes at room temperature and cures fully in 5 days at 77°F (25°C). It provides strong mechanical properties including 3500 psi tensile strength and 25 lb/in peel strength. The adhesive is suitable for room temperature storage and bonds a variety of multi-material surfaces.
