Overview
Henkel Loctite® Hysol® EA 9394 epoxy adhesive is a two-part structural paste adhesive that contains gray colored liquid part-A and brown colored solid part-B. It features mild odor part-A and amine odor part-B. The part-A/B of adhesive has a flash point greater than 199.4 degrees F. The vapor density of part-A composition is greater than 1 while part-B has 8.6. Vapor pressure of part-B composition is less than 0.1 millimeters Hg. Both the part-A and part-B of adhesive has a viscosity of 4000 to 8000 poise and 200 to 700 poise respectively. It has a service temperature range of 77 to 150 degrees F and takes 3 to 5 days at 77 degrees F for complete curing. This adhesive supporting an elongation of 1.66%, has a tensile strength of 6675 psi at 77 degrees F and a shear strength of 4200 psi at 77 degrees F. It has a compressive strength of 10000 psi and a tensile modulus of 615 ksi. This product comes in a 50-gram container.
