Overview
Loctite® EA 9390 AERO consists of a light beige component (Part A) and a blue hardener (Part B), which mix to form a light blue, low-viscosity liquid. With a viscosity of 120–160 poise at 77°F (25°C), it effectively saturates composite fabrics. It has a pot life of approximately 2 hours at room temperature, allowing detailed lay-up work. The adhesive cures at 200°F (93°C) and maintains strength at service temperatures up to 350°F (177°C), ensuring durable, high-temperature repairs.
