Overview

3M™ Neoprene High Performance Rubber and Gasket Adhesive 1300L is a versatile, solvent‑based industrial adhesive formulated for bonding neoprene, SBR, butyl, reclaimed rubber, and various gasket materials. It provides strong initial tack, fast drying, and reliable heat resistance, making it ideal for both general-purpose bonding and demanding MRO applications.
Its low-viscosity formulation supports brush, spray, and roller application for both contact and wet‑bond methods. With excellent resistance to moisture, oils, and temperature exposure, 1300L is widely used for rubber gasket bonding, large‑area sheeting, and attachment of rubber components to metal, laminate, wood, and plastic surfaces.
