TE Connectivity AMP Silicone Fusion Tape 608036-1, is a 1 x 36 narrow strip of processed rubber material, less than twelve inches in width, ideal for wrapping cable splices and terminations. This red tape with a green guide stripe provides a reliable insulating barrier that resists moisture and chemical exposure. Its self-adhering and self-curing properties allow it to bond into a permanent insulator within 24 hours at room temperature. Highly flexible, it conforms to irregular surfaces and prevents undesirable current flow between conductors and adjacent objects.
